Sand casting

Sand casting is a process that enables the production of components on an industrial scale in a wide range of metal alloys.
Sand casting is widely used for both small production runs and high-volume automated manufacturing. The process is particularly suitable for producing medium to large-sized components with relatively low tooling and investment costs.

Our foundry is known as one of the largest producers of aluminium sand-cast (complex) heat exchangers for the global heating industry. In addition, products are manufactured for various other markets that utilize sand cast components. These include the sustainable energy sector, medical industry, automotive, machinery manufacturing, and defense. Thanks to our expertise in specialized casting processes, combined with extensive experience and technical know-how, we are able to produce complex cast components.
