Gravity die casting, also known as permanent mould casting, is a casting process in which molten aluminium is poured into a reusable metal die under the force of gravity. This die, typically made of steel, offers high thermal conductivity and dissipates heat much faster than traditional sand moulds.<\/p>\n

The faster, controlled cooling process creates a finer and more uniform grain structure resulting in higher strength and improved material density compared with sand casting.<\/p>\n
